Refund & Returns Policy

Thank you for shopping at NazJunaid. Every piece in our Formals, Party Wear, and Eid collections is custom crafted and made-to-order to your specific selections. Because each garment is tailored specifically for you, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or issue refunds for changes of mind, incorrect sizes ordered, or event cancellations.
Defective or Damaged Items
We maintain strict quality control standards and carefully inspect every outfit prior to shipping. However, in the rare event that your order arrives with a manufacturing defect or shipping damage, we will gladly resolve the issue.
  • Strict 24–48 Hour Reporting Window: You must report any damages or manufacturing defects within 24 to 48 hours of your package being marked as delivered by the courier service. Claims made after this 48-hour window will strictly not be accepted.
  • What Qualifies as a Defect: Major structural flaws, missing essential panels, torn fabric, non-functional zippers, or significant discrepancies from your confirmed order details.
  • Please Note: Due to the delicate nature of handmade Pakistani apparel, minor thread variations, natural fabric irregularities, or a few loose beads/sequins during transit are standard characteristics of artisan craft and are not classified as manufacturing defects.
How to Initiate a Claim
To file a claim for a defective item, please email us or call/whatsapp customer support 0092 345 2444638 within the 48-hour window with the following details:
  1. Your Order Number.
  2. A brief description of the issue.
  3. Clear, well-lit photographs and a short video showing the damaged or defective area of the garment.
Resolution & Shipping
  • Verification: Our production team will review your submitted photos and videos within 2 to 3 business days.
  • Action: If the defect is verified, we will arrange for a repair, a replacement/remake of the damaged portion, or a full refund at our discretion.
  • Return Shipping: For verified defective merchandise, NazJunaid will issue a pre-paid return shipping label or reimburse your shipping costs. Unapproved returns sent back to us without prior written authorization will be refused and returned to sender.
